    • How do we buy your service as a public agency?

      Most agencies purchase Yoppify as a software subscription. If you need to use a purchase order, we can support that. Let us now if your process requires a formal quote or a vendor packet.

    • Do you have government pricing or custom contract options?

      Our primary customers are government agencies. Pricing depends on what you need and which features you choose. We can accommodate multiple scenarios if needed.

    • How long does it take to get the service?

      It depends on your procurement process but we can have our base platform available within a week if needed. We will then work with you on data and configuration based on your availability.

    • What data do you need to get started?

      Typically you provide service addresses and the contact information you already have, usually from a utility billing system. We then map to that file which will allow for easy updates in the future.

    • Will this replace our UBS, CIS, or CRM?

      No. Yoppify is built as a companion for these systems, not a replacement.

    • Can we control who can send messages?

      Yes. You can set rules and approvals so only authorized staff can send certain notices. You also get a message history so you can see what was sent, by whom, and when.

    • What about security and vendor review?

      We support common public sector security reviews and can provide documentation for your vendor file. Please reach out with specific questions or requirements.

    • How do we prove messages were sent and delivered?

      Each send includes delivery reporting, including delivery status by channel where available. You can export reports and keep an audit trail of message content, recipients, send time, and results.

    • Is Yoppify a marketing platform?

      No. Yoppify is designed to send notifications related to service, such as outage alerts, billing reminders, and service updates. The platform also manages subscriptions and delivery preferences, but is not intended for promotional or marketing campaigns.

    • How do opt-ins and opt-outs work?

      Community members can manage their preferences based on your policy and local requirements. Yoppify helps you honor opt-outs by channel and keeps a record of changes.
